What are we known for? Specialty cheese. You can see it in our menu, our cheese case and our passion. We enjoy partnering with local farms and creameries, sourcing not only cheeses but quality ingredients that go into our sandwiches, salads, and cheeseboards. We want to expand people’s palates and prove that cheese doesn’t always come pre-sliced and orange.
