To accomplish its goals, Rhapsody in Blue concentrates on three areas of the Arabian horse industry: 1) providing premium halter and performance training, excellent stallion and herd management, and reliable and equitable investment counseling for those who already own Arabian horses; 2) providing nationally competitive halter, performance and breeding horses for sale at reasonable prices for those making purchases of Arabian horses; and 3) introducing the local community to Arabian horses through lessons, open houses, clinics, and participation in local equine events enabling them to fall in love with these elegant “drinkers of the wind”. Although as trainers we pull collectively from over seventy years of experience in dealing with horses, we constantly explore new ideas and techniques through 1. networking with other trainers, 2. staying on the cutting edge of horsemanship by reading related books and publications, staying current with the most recent anecdotal and scientific research and being a perpetual student of all things equine, 3. attending clinics and seminars on topics ranging from equine medical developments to revisiting training basics, and 4. implementing our new knowledge whenever it is deemed to be advantageous to the Arabian horse and his owner
