Indian Bay Yacht Club is a new, private enclave of just three townhouses on beautiful Indian Bay. This gated complex has a private dock, pool and waterfront gazebo and grilling area. The Indian Bay Yacht Club units are all spacious (1600 sq ft on two levels) newly constructed, and nicely furnished. The luxury interiors offer granite counters, ice makers, stainless steel appliances, and high-efficiency washers and dryers.
